Claude Code. With moo off, you ask for a PR description for raising the price cache's TTL from 5 minutes to 1 hour. Claude notes that the change isn't in the checkout and the reviewer's comment argues against it, then writes a description with Why, What changed, Trade-off, Results and Not measured sections. With moo on, you type /hope:reduce and the same words. The reply gives a short description: a title line, the change, the trade-off that a missed event can now leave a stale price for up to 1 hour, and the tests and hit rate. A table lists the gaps, such as the branch still having the 5 minute TTL. It ends: commit the change, then paste this into the PR. You type /hope:reduce again and it cuts to the title and two short paragraphs; a third run shortens the last line.
