You defend each decision in your plan, or change it, before it's built.
Claude Code. With moo off, you say you have settled how callgate works: a fast judge model checks every tool call before it runs and blocks the slow-for-no-reason ones once. You ask Claude to build it. Claude builds the hook as the plan describes, with passing tests, and lists decisions to check and what the judge's trial data says: it gives different answers to the same call and never names a faster way. With moo on, you type /hope:interrogate and the same words. A dialog gives the plan's strongest case and the judge's flip-flops in its trials, then asks what makes the judge the right decider; you pick judge only, fix the judge. A second dialog opens on three more questions; the pane ends on its first, unanswered: since the judge gave the same verdict on the same call only 1 time in 3, what must it hit before callgate turns on?
