/clarify

When your words read two ways, you pick the one you meant.

Claude Code. With moo off, you ask Claude to retry failed fulfilment orders, unsure about idempotency. Claude builds worker retries with backoff, sets a job aside for a person when it can't tell whether fulfilment made the order, adds tests, and asks whether fulfilment accepts an idempotency key. With moo on, you type /hope:clarify and the same words. A dialog asks which retry you mean: the worker retries a failed job itself, you replay jobs stuck in failed, or a resent Payflow event is handled once. You pick the worker retrying itself. The reply restates that ask: retry with backoff up to N times, never making a second order. It names the gap: if fulfilment makes the order but times out, a retry ships twice, and only an idempotency key closes that. It says it will check whether fulfilment takes one, then you pick N and the backoff.
